It's a 3rd floor spacious apartment with an elevator and a view to the main street of Katerini' s Paralia. Completely renovated and renewed with a lot of facilities, it can comfortably accommodate up to four (4) people. It is also suggested as an ideal choice for a family or a close group of four (4) people. The advantages of the location are many as there's a supermarket ("LIDL") at a distance of only 50 meters and the premises are only 150 meters away from the beach. The pharmacy is at a distance of 100 meters. Also the bus stop is at 30 meters, the center of the town,with the big church, is at 150 meters and finally the taxi rank is at 100 meters.
